I've been ordering from Hallandale Compounding for about 5 months now and my experience has been genuinely inconsistent, hence the title. The Hits: - Orders #1, #2, and #4 were great. Semaglutide 5mg/2mL vials arrived in 3 days, cold packed, COA included in the box. - I sent order #2 to Janoshik and got 98.1% HPLC purity. Excellent. - Pricing is competitive: $139 for sema 5mg vial, $269 for tirz 30mg vial. The Misses: - Order #3 took 11 business days with zero communication. When I finally got through to someone they said it was a "fulfillment delay" with no further explanation. - Order #5 (my most recent) — the COA in the box had a DIFFERENT batch number than what was on my vial. That's a red flag I can't ignore. I emailed them about it and got a response 4 days later saying it was a "packaging error" and the correct COA was attached as a PDF. - I sent order #5's vial to Janoshik anyway. HPLC came back at 94.7%. That's below what I consider acceptable. So basically 3 out of 5 orders were great and 2 were problematic. At these prices I expect consistency. Would I recommend them? With caveats. If you order from them, budget for third-party testing because you can't assume every batch is the same.

The mismatched COA and batch number thing would have me out the door immediately. That's either sloppy QC or something worse. In a pharmacy setting that kind of error is a serious compliance issue. 94.7% HPLC is also genuinely concerning. That's not just "slightly low" — that's outside the USP monograph range for most compounded peptides. Did you push back on that result with them?

I did push back. Sent them the Janoshik report and they offered to replace the vial plus gave me a $50 credit. To their credit they didn't try to dismiss the third-party results, but the fact that it happened at all is the problem. I'm currently using the replacement vial and subjectively it feels more potent (appetite suppression kicked in faster) so I suspect the original was indeed underdosed.

This is a really valuable review because it highlights something we talk about a lot here — batch-to-batch consistency is arguably more important than any single test result. A vendor that hits 98% one month and 94% the next is less trustworthy than one that consistently hits 96-97%. I'd recommend anyone using Hallandale test at least every other order until they demonstrate more consistency. The COA mismatch alone would warrant extra scrutiny.

Had a very similar experience. My first 3 orders from Hallandale were flawless. Then order #4 arrived with no cold pack (middle of summer in Texas), and the vial was noticeably warm. I refused to use it and requested a reship. They did reship but it took a week to process and another 4 days to arrive. During that time I had to go without my dose which was really frustrating. Their phone hold times have gotten significantly worse too — I waited 45 minutes last time.
