This is where I part company with the consensus forming above. The trial means are being read too generously in this thread. STEP populations were selected, supported, and titrated by protocol, and the real-world curves are consistently a few points worse. My current pharmacy: average response time 1 hour. They answered my questions about batch-specific COAs thoroughly and professionally.
Communication quality is a proxy for operational quality. A pharmacy that communicates well is likely manufacturing well too.
