Appreciate the work that goes into this. For anyone budget-conscious — I've been tracking price per mg across all Tier 1 and Tier 2 sources: | Source | Price | Amount | $/mg | |--------|-------|--------|------| | CompoundPharm Direct | $159 | 5mg | $31.80 | | PeptideSciencesRx | $129 | 5mg | $25.80 | | TeleMedCompound | $299/mo | ~10mg/mo | $29.90 | | ResearchChem Outlet | $79 | 5mg | $15.80 | | GLP1Direct | $139 | 5mg | $27.80 | ResearchChem is cheapest per mg, but you're trading off domestic shipping speed and the grey-cap batch hasn't been tested yet. PeptideSciencesRx offers the best value domestically if you're comfortable reconstituting yourself. Caveat: cheaper isn't always better. I'd pay the premium for consistent COAs and reliable shipping any day.

As a healthcare professional lurking here — I want to emphasize something that gets lost in the price comparisons. The compounding pharmacy's license, their sterility protocols, and their beyond-use dating (BUD) are critically important. A 503B facility is required to do sterility testing on each batch. A 503A pharmacy may or may not, depending on state regulations. If you're injecting something subcutaneously, sterility is non-negotiable. Ask your source: what is the BUD on the vial? If they say more than 30 days for an aqueous solution without a preservative like benzyl alcohol, that's a red flag. Properly preserved multi-dose vials typically get a 60-90 day BUD. Also, check if they use 0.9% benzyl alcohol as preservative — that's standard. Some cheaper sources skip it, which means once you puncture the vial, you're on a very short clock before bacterial contamination becomes a concern.

ingrid_STO makes an excellent point. I'm going to add BUD and preservative info to the Q2 directory. This is exactly the kind of quality data we should be tracking alongside purity and potency. For Q2 2026 (April update), here's what I need from the community: 1. Fresh COAs — especially for ResearchChem Outlet's new grey-cap batches 2. BUD and preservative info from your vial labels 3. Shipping time reports (order date → delivery date) 4. Any new sources you want vetted — send me the info via DM Let's keep building the most transparent vendor directory in the peptide community. Knowledge is safety.
