What's legally available in Singapore (HSA-registered):
The Health Sciences Authority (HSA) is Singapore's drug regulator. Currently registered GLP-1 medications:
- Ozempic (semaglutide injection) — HSA-registered for T2D. Available at clinics and hospitals.
- Rybelsus (oral semaglutide) — HSA-registered for T2D.
- Saxenda (liraglutide 3mg) — HSA-registered for weight management. This is actually the only GLP-1 formally approved for obesity in SG.
- Mounjaro (tirzepatide) — HSA-registered for T2D as of late 2025.
- Wegovy — NOT yet registered with HSA.
- Zepbound — NOT yet registered.

- Ozempic 1mg: SGD$420-550/month (~$315-413 USD)
- Saxenda 3mg/day: SGD$650-800/month (~$488-600 USD)
- Mounjaro 5mg: SGD$480-600/month (~$360-450 USD)
- Rybelsus 14mg/day: SGD$380-450/month (~$285-338 USD)
