Denials are usually procedural rather than clinical, and the order that works reflects that.

Bookmarking. The distinction being drawn above is the one nobody else makes. I will report back once I have actually tried it.

From the other side of the consultation, briefly. It is worth asking what the claim would look like if it were false. If nothing would look different, it is not a claim about the world and no amount of discussion will settle it.

My experience ordering cross-border ordering internationally: I've ordered from a UK pharmacy.

Pushing back on LipidDoc_ATL here. The affordability discussion here usually stops at individual tactics. At list price this class is out of reach for most of the people who would benefit, and no amount of appeal strategy changes that — it is a pricing problem wearing a paperwork costume.

That is the short version; the long version is somebody else's post.

The figures, for anyone assembling their own picture. The boring version of this is the one that works, and the boring version is: measure a baseline, change one variable, wait, measure again under the same conditions. Nobody wants that answer and it is still the answer.

Moderator note: leaving this open. It is being argued well and the disagreement is the useful part. Carry on.
