Following this thread! I'm in a similar boat — household income of $48k, family of 3, insurance excludes GLP-1s for weight management. One thing I'll add: if you have a Health Savings Account (HSA), the out-of-pocket costs for Mounjaro ARE eligible HSA expenses even if insurance doesn't cover it.
