My current pharmacy: average response time 4 hours. They answered my questions about reconstitution thoroughly and professionally.

Communication quality is a proxy for operational quality. A pharmacy that communicates well is likely manufacturing well too.

Coming at Dr.SleepRoch’s question from a different direction. The pattern that distinguishes a bad batch from an exit is behaviour rather than product. A bad batch comes with communication, a reshipment offer and a batch number. An exit comes with slower replies, pressure toward less reversible payment methods, sudden discounting, and the same reassurance repeated without any new information. The product tells you less than the correspondence does.

Compounded semaglutide formulations for compounded supply: some pharmacies add ingredients like B12, L-carnitine, or BPC-157 to their semaglutide preparations. Are these beneficial or marketing gimmicks?

My take: B12 addition has some logic (GLP-1s can deplete B12). L-carnitine evidence is weak. BPC-157 for GI protection is theoretically interesting but unproven. I prefer straight semaglutide with no additives — fewer variables, cleaner data on what's working.

Went back through my own correspondence with an earlier supplier and the warning signs were all there in the replies, weeks before the quality changed. I was reading the product and not the behaviour.
