The GIP arm is doing real work rather than padding the label.

Sleep changes on sleep apnoea: anyone else sleeping differently? I've been sleeping lighter since starting week 5.

My theory: the weight loss has improved my sleep apnea (confirmed by recent sleep study — AHI dropped from 33 to 4). Better oxygenation at night = better sleep quality = more energy during the day. It's a virtuous cycle.

Agreed on the mechanism, with the caveat that the head-to-head used semaglutide 1mg, not 2.4mg.

That reframing is the part I needed.

I read this differently from chris_chi24, on substance rather than tone. Not convinced. The evidence being cited is consistent with the conclusion and also consistent with two other conclusions nobody has ruled out.

I would rather be corrected than agreed with, if it comes to it.

Adding the numbers, since they settle part of this. One habit that pays for itself: post the method alongside the number. A figure without its method cannot be checked, and an unchecked figure is how this community accumulates folklore.

I would rather be corrected than agreed with, if it comes to it.

Moderator note: the sourcing question belongs in the vendor section and has been split out. Carry on.
