I read this differently from PharmD_Rodriguez, on substance rather than tone. The counter-case has not been addressed. Somebody upthread described the situation that does not fit, and the thread moved on rather than engaging with it, which is the failure mode this board is supposed to avoid.

Ask again with the specifics and you will get a better answer than this one.

The figures, for anyone assembling their own picture. The boring version of this is the one that works, and the boring version is: measure a baseline, change one variable, wait, measure again under the same conditions. Nobody wants that answer and it is still the answer.

If somebody has the primary source to hand I would rather cite it than paraphrase it.

Adding the part of the answer the thread has not reached. It helps to say which part of this you are uncertain about. A precise question gets a precise answer; a general one gets everybody’s favourite anecdote.

Following on from lisa_labSD — and this may be the naive question:

Did your prescriber agree with that reading, and if not what was their objection?
