Clinical perspective, offered as context rather than as advice. It is worth asking what the claim would look like if it were false. If nothing would look different, it is not a claim about the world and no amount of discussion will settle it.

If you are comparing against somebody else’s result, check that you are comparing the same measurement taken the same way.

Adding the part of the answer the thread has not reached. The distinction that resolves most of these threads is between what is true on average and what is true for one person. Both are real; they answer different questions and get quoted as if they were the same one.

Ask again with the specifics and you will get a better answer than this one.

The figures, for anyone assembling their own picture. Albumin binding above 99% is the whole reason weekly dosing works, and it is also why the trough matters more than the peak. People who dose late are not losing a peak, they are letting the trough fall, and the appetite effect tracks the trough.

A narrower follow-up, since the general answer is now clear:

How much of the between-person variation is pharmacokinetic and how much is just adherence measured badly?

Moderator note: good thread. Keeping it here rather than moving it, because the question is general enough to be useful.
