I drive 45 min each way for work and I've burned through all my usual podcasts. Need recommendations for metabolic health / GLP-1 / nutrition pods that are actually GOOD and not just ads disguised as content. My current rotation: 🎙️ "Huberman Lab" — yeah he's polarizing but the metabolic health episodes are genuinely informative. Skip the 20-min sponsor reads though lol 🎙️ "The Peter Attia Drive" — absolutely elite tier for deep dives on longevity and metabolism. Sometimes TOO detailed for my morning brain but I rewind a lot 🎙️ "Maintenance Phase" — Aubrey and Michael are funny AND smart. Good for the cultural/sociological angle on weight and health What else am I missing?

YES ok my list: 🎙️ "The GLP-1 Revolution" — this pod started in mid-2025 and it's become my favorite. Hosted by an endocrinologist and a patient advocate. They break down studies in plain English and do Q&A episodes where they answer listener questions. Extremely practical. 🎙️ "ZOE Science & Nutrition" — Tim Spector and Jonathan Wolf. Data-driven, UK-based, really good episodes on gut microbiome and how GLP-1s affect it. The episode on personalized nutrition literally changed how I eat. 🎙️ "Metabolic Matters" — newer pod, just started Jan 2026. Two researchers from Stanford who cover new studies every week. Short episodes (25-30 min) which is perfect for my lunch walks 🚶‍♀️

Maintenance Phase is S-tier and I will not hear otherwise. Their episode debunking the "obesity paradox" was *chef's kiss* Adding: 🎙️ "Found My Fitness" by Rhonda Patrick — she's been covering GLP-1 mechanisms recently and her depth of knowledge is unmatched. Warning: you will feel dumb. In a good way. 🎙️ "The Model Health Show" by Shawn Stevenson — he has some great episodes on sleep and metabolism. Not GLP-1 specific but relevant. 🎙️ "The Peptide Podcast" — run by a pharmacist, very practical info about compounding, dosing, what to look for. Short episodes, very no-BS.

"The GLP-1 Revolution" sounds exactly like what I need! An actual endo hosting a pod?? Subscribing immediately. Rhonda Patrick is incredible but yeah I sometimes have to pause and Google things mid-episode 😂 Worth it though. Didn't know about "The Peptide Podcast" — is that on Spotify?

yep, Spotify, Apple, and YouTube. The pharmacist host is Dr. Cynthia something — she's super straightforward. One of the few pods where I feel like nobody's trying to sell me anything. Recent episode on compounding pharmacy regulations was really timely. 💊
