Exercise-induced nausea amplification with training: I learned the hard way that intense exercise within 12 hours of injection can make nausea much…

Gym confidence after training weight loss: walked into a gym for the first time in 12 years yesterday. Was terrified. But you know what? Nobody stared. Nobody judged. Everyone was focused on their own workout.

Started with 20 minutes on the treadmill and some machine-based resistance exercises. Nothing fancy. But I DID IT. And I'll go back tomorrow.

To anyone too intimidated to start: the hardest rep is walking through the door. Everything after that is just movement. 💪

One concrete data point for the thread. Keep the original post as written when you update it, and add the correction underneath. An edited-away mistake is invisible to the next person who makes it.

Happy to go further on any of that.

Coming at TirzTom’s question from a different direction. It helps to say which part of this you are uncertain about. A precise question gets a precise answer; a general one gets everybody’s favourite anecdote.

Correct me if the detail matters more than I have assumed.

One thing that is still open after mike_nyc’s answer:

Did your prescriber agree with that reading, and if not what was their objection?

Closing the loop on my own question.

Update, and it is the boring outcome: nothing was wrong. The measurement I was reading had moved less than its own week-to-week variation, which somebody said upthread and I did not believe.
