Nobody's mentioned "The Doctor's Farmacy" by Mark Hyman? I know he's mainstream but his recent series on metabolic health and GLP-1s was actually really balanced. He interviews other doctors and researchers. Also "Rich Roll Podcast" — not metabolic health specific but he has incredible long-form interviews with people in the health space. His episode with Robert Lustig was like 3 hours and I listened to the whole thing on a road trip 🚗 For something completely different: "Gastropod" — it's about the science and history of food. Not medical at all but SO interesting and it gives you a whole new appreciation for what you eat. The episode about the history of protein obsession was very relevant to us 😄

GASTROPOD!! Yes! I love that pod. The hosts are so good at making food science entertaining. Their episode about the invention of the calorie as a concept was mind-blowing. Also want to add "Sigma Nutrition Radio" by Danny Lennon. Very evidence-based, no BS, covers nutritional science studies. He had an amazing episode last month about the long-term data on GLP-1 outcomes. It's Irish-produced too so you get that lovely accent for free 🇮🇪

This thread is a goldmine. My podcast queue just went from empty to overflowing. One more: "Body of Knowledge" — newer pod by a bariatric surgeon who's very pro-GLP-1 but also very honest about limitations. They had an episode about realistic expectations for GLP-1 weight loss that I wish everyone would listen to before starting medication. Also I gotta say — Huberman's good for information but the man cannot be concise to save his life. I listen at 1.5x speed minimum 😂

Huberman at 1.5x is the only way. At normal speed a single episode is my entire commute week 😅 OK I have enough podcasts to last me through 2027 now. This community never disappoints. Thanks everyone!! 🎧
